As the love for the Ankara wax print fashion grew into a global phenomenon I became friends with a generous fabric connoisseur of sorts. She shared her wealth of support, foodiness, culture and encouragement with me. She inspired me to play with this pattern. How befitting that part of her name is Ola, as is mine.
