Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

At TribalMarks, each piece is made to order with care. This allows us to create thoughtfully, reduce excess inventory, and send products made with intention rather than mass-produced stock.

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $60.

 

Processing & Delivery Times

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

  • Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days

  • Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 4–8 business days

  • In total, most U.S. orders arrive within 6–10 business days after your order is placed

During high-volume periods, holidays, or carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer. Please allow up to 13 business days for delivery before reaching out.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. This can happen when items are produced at different times or sent from different fulfillment locations.

If that happens, you’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment as they’re available.

 

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

If Your Package Seems Delayed

If your package hasn’t arrived when expected, please check the following before reaching out:

  • Review your shipping confirmation email and confirm the delivery address is correct

  • Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update

  • Check with your local post office or carrier

  • Ask neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered nearby

If you still can’t locate your package, please contact us at here with your order number and we’ll help review next steps.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We work with trusted fulfillment partners with facilities in the United States and abroad.

Your order may ship from the location best suited to fulfill it efficiently based on the item ordered and the delivery destination.

Each piece is made to order to help reduce overproduction. Thank you for choosing more thoughtfully made goods.

Because of the production process, slight variations such as pattern placement may occur and are part of the character of made-to-order items.
